Andrew's expertise lies in industrial/warehouse premises in Warwickshire and the Midlands area. Andrew has over 30 years' experience in the property market and has let and sold over one million square feet of property within the last two years (equivalent to 24 football pitches).
Now seems the ideal time to join our independent, family run business. Joining the company and heading up the lettings side will allow me the flexibility to tailor the business to match our clients individual property needs. Our clients can be reassured by the knowledge that they will be dealing with one of the Directors at all times and will therefore be getting the best specialist advice available. We are confident that we can offer the best service available at the most competitive prices and I am excited and enthusiastic about the opportunity to grow this new sector of the business.
