Bolt Estates is a family run business that has been renovating and letting out property since 1991. We have formed good working relationships with reliable and loyal tradesmen around Suffolk and Essex area. We understand the importance of good communication with both Landlord and Tenant and pride ourselves with our track record in being approachable and thorough.
We carry out periodic inspections and will report back any maintenance issues that need attention to the Landlord and provide competitive quotations., and arrange works as required. We can arrange for deposits to be held by the Deposit Protection Service, a Government approved deposit custodial scheme.
