About the Business
A Vendor appoints Castlegate Estates & Lettings Ltd to provide a Sole Agency Service for a minimum period of 90 days (known as the 90 day guarantee period) which is from the date whereby the marketing of your property actually commences (as defined by the date the property first appears on www.rightmove.co.uk) having signed our terms of business. The Vendor agrees that he/she will not instruct any other agent to sell the property during the contract period and will continue thereafter until this contract is terminated with fourteen days written notice to Castlegate Estates & Lettings Ltd.
Our initial fee (agreed prior to marketing commencing) is payable if THE EVENTUAL PURCHASER of your property is introduced to you within the 90 day guarantee period. If the introduction is made after the 90 day guarantee period the fee will be reduced as agreed prior to marketing commencing.
