We are a small family business, established in Edinburgh in 1998 and now built up with a solid base of landlords & properties to rent in and around Edinburgh & the Lothians.
Our core business strength must be our personal approach to letting each property. This may sound petty, but when you realise that most of our landlords invest considerable personal savings in the purchase & preparation of their rental property and that all our tenants just want to create a safe, secure & personal home for themselves, then our hands-on processes become vital.
