About the Business
Cookes Property Management is a family letting agent with a difference, conceived in 1999 by Ann Cooke. Ann's concept was to offer the highest possible standards to both Landlords and Tenants in the local area, with an extremely high focus on customer service. The aim was to work with a limited number of Landlords and not necessarily be the biggest, but most definitely the best service provider to local property investors and prospective tenants. Cookes Property Management has now evolved to employ the full time services of Ann's brother Roland Cooke and another full time member of staff to help with administration and accounting procedures.
However the original concept remains as true as it was way back in 1999 with the emphasis firmly on customer service. Whether you are a Property Developer, a residential or commercial Landlord or a prospective Tenant, you will not find a more proactive or forward thinking Letting Agent in the area.
