We are a friendly and professional company that can offer assistance in almost every eventuality, offering services in all property related fields, no job is too big or small. The company's Managing Director is Howard Green, who personally has the benefit of experience in the property market in the North Eastern sector of London and West Essex since 1979. An experienced team of staff equally versed in their respective fields support him. Recently we have been particularly successful in acquisitions for Tottenham Hotspur's new stadium and we are very active in keeping shops in Sun Street in Waltham Abbey Town Centre occupied.
Although offices based in Essex, the Company's Service Charge Department covers managed properties as far as Basingstoke in the South, Manchester in the North and Colchester and Ipswich in the East. We have seen an increase in the amount of lease extension work, acting for both landlords and leasees.
