For over 10 years Fenton Board have been 'The Board that Sells' in the Rotherham area. Our local knowledge is second to none and we pride ourselves on excellent customers service, we like to think that our experience within the unique local market gives us the edge over our competitors. With over 100 years combined Estate Agency and Lettings experience David Board, Managing Director having over 26 years in the industry himself alone initially working for both Henry Spencers and Halifax Property Services in Sheffield before opening Fenton Board in January 2004.
