About the Business
Jonathan Gilbert and Ian Cleveland, both highly experienced agents, opened the Chichester office in 1993. The following year, Jonathan and Ian took over one of their former company's offices in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis. What had been an unprofitable branch quickly became highly successful. Gilbert and Cleveland soon took on a new partner, Clive Cockayne, and opened further branches in Felpham, Selsey and more recently, Pagham. We have remained focused on residential sales at all levels around Bognor Regis, Chichester and the Manhood Peninsula.
More recently we have opened our lettings departments to deal with our existing and new clients' rental property needs. We also provide probate valuations. We enjoy an enviable rate of staff retention, meaning the company can draw on a wealth of experience and expertise. Clients can rest assured Gilbert and Cleveland are professionals who know the market and understand the ins-and-outs of conveyancing and the legal process.
