Established in 1959, HAS Property Management is the longest established independent Letting Agent in Hastings, with approximately 200 properties on our books. We are the only specialists Residential Letting Agent in the town. Our team has over 50 years experience in lettings, as an independent agent we are able to offer our clients, whether landlord or tenant a professional and personal service throughout.
Our office has a prime town centre location offering easy access for both landlords and tenants.
We also hold professional indemnity insurance and client money is protected through insurance bonding. We are also members of the NFRL (National Federation of Residential Landlordsnts) and the SPLA (Southern Private Landlords Association).
