Our consultants have been involved with properties for many years and have experience as property owners for the rental market and property searchers. We therefore have a great knowledge and understanding of the rental sector, allowing us to provide an efficient and personal service to both tenant and landlord. Our service is designed to relieve you of the time consuming and often stressful tasks that are associated with letting your property.
We also offer a complete management service including, collecting the initial deposit and monthly payments, coordinating with local contractors and regular inspection visits. Home County Rentals is a member of the Association of Residential letting Agent (ARLA), a government recognised professional and regulatory body, solely concerned with residential letting.
