About the Business
Now into our seventeenth year, we have built up a large portfolio of good quality properties, formed good links with local businesses and the MoD agencies and are well established throughout Furness and the South Lakes. We are letting agents who cover Barrow, Ulverston, Dalton, Coniston, Cartmel, Broughton, Grange, Kendal and Askam and the surrounding villages. We are an independent business and specialise in high quality rentals. As letting agents our aim has been to establish a base of good quality homes to rent to good quality tenants.
Our view is that the careful selection of tenants and the considerate handling of their tenancies creates an atmosphere in which both they and the owners feel they are getting a 'good deal'. It is our policy not to take on any property which we feel we could not live in ourselves. We are therefore confident when showing properties that they are of a good standard.
