We have built our reputation by providing a quality of service that is second to none, but at the same our charges are very competitive. We deal with people as individuals, each with their own particular requirements as tenants or landlords/investors.
As a client of Letting Solutions - whether tenant or landlord/investor - you don't pay us a penny in fees until we have delivered the service requested. There are no up front fees. For the convenience and security of our clients we offer a 7 day emergency service together with extensive normal business hours for other matters. Our custom designed business premises in Livingston Village have plenty free parking.
