My name is Adam Protheroe founder of Livingstone Lettings. I started Livingstone Lettings after searching for an agent to look after my properties. I discovered that none of them offered the personal service I needed. We offer a local, professional and personal service to our Landlords. We are committed to renting your property quickly but to the right tenants. These days Tenants start their property search online, going are the days of walking the high street looking in estate agent windows, with this in mind we operate from our office in Dean Clough Mill, Halifax. Instead of paying for a large high street shop we can focus our resources into the online marketing of your property but still keep the traditional hands on approach to accompany viewings, carry out inspections and deal with all aspects of the tenancy.
