Established in Kidderminster in 1994 by Mark Jones FRICS, Mark Jones Property Letting has become one of the most respected Letting Agents in the Wyre Forest area. We have used our property background and network links to build up a large portfolio of rented properties (residential and commercial) in the Wyre Forest area and can provide a continual flow of Tenants to offer landlords. We are members of NALS (National Approved Letting Scheme), are members of the "Safe Agents" scheme protecting clients money, and are an accredited member of the NHER enabling us to provide Energy Performance Certificates (which have been a mandatory obligation on Landlords since 2008) on rented properties.
