About the Business
We formed our business because we had been frustrated by agents making mistakes, not coming back to us, not caring about our property and generally treating us and our tenants poorly. We spoke to friends and found they felt the same as no-one had a positive experience of their letting agent. We believe that both landlords and tenants should get expert, honourable and personal support when renting their property, providing them with peace of mind that things are being looked after well.
We created our business on these principles, which still drive everything we do as our customers tell us they are more important today than ever.
