About the Business
We are based in Jesmond Newcastle upon Tyne and will shortly be opening a second office in Heaton. We have houses, flats and apartments in Jesmond, Heaton, Sandyford and Gosforth to suit every need - whether it's location, price or size of property (or a combination of all three!) All of our properties are well maintained and annually redecorated. Our property improvement programme keeps facilities such as kitchens, bathrooms, shower rooms and toilets modern. Every property has a washing machine (many have a washer dryer instead), fridge freezer (many have more than one), electric oven and a gas hob (a few have an electric hob instead),m ost have a dishwasher.
Many have microwaves as well. Standard bedroom furnishing is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large study desk, and chair. We also provide appropriate wall shelving, curtains or blinds, and lighting. All properties have a gas safety and electrical safety certificate.
