Molica Franklin was established in 2005 by two highly regarded local estate agents with experience dating back to the early 90's.
Carmelo possesses a deep passion for helping people, along with a wealth of local knowledge and expertise. His honesty and integrity are well known and respected in the Littlehampton and surrounding areas. This has helped build the foundation of a successful business, able to deliver a truly personal service.
Tim credits his ability for helping people move home with less stress to his unique combination and experience in estate agency and his professional training and expertise as a Health and Stress therapist. He has presented seminars, published articles and produced a manual on 'Simple ways to enhance your life'. Tim has practiced martial arts for over twenty years and is a Master of Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Chi Kung and co-founder of Fully Alive.
