About the Business
MTM Property was founded by Toby Hamilton in 2004. Whilst studying Business at Brighton University Toby thought he would put his degree to good use and become a student Landlord. Over the next 10 years Toby regularly added to his portfolio and after moving back to Brighton with his wife realised there was a gap in the market and decided to set up a Letting Agency located near to the University.
The company has enjoyed incredible growth and success and now manage a portfolio of over 350 rental properties. We have a diverse team of 15 full time staff. A few members of staff rented through MTM when they were at University and the majority of our team have attended Brighton & Sussex University. Combined with our experience as tenants and time in the Sales & Lettings industry the MTM staff can provide our Landlords and Tenants with a wealth of knowledge to efficiently manage their investment property.
