Oakland have qualified and experienced staff that are familiar with all aspects of property management, and a rigorous selection procedure ensures that Oakland supply quality properties with dedicated landlords for caring tenants. Oakland provides a range of services that can be tailored to meet the landlords specific requirements. Oakland have accreditation to the National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS), a voluntary accreditation for Letting and Management Agents. The objective of the scheme is to give owners the confidence to let their property by appointing qualified agents who, in joining the scheme, have agreed to meet a set of defined service standards for letting management.
