About the Business
Orchard was established in 2006 by David Vertannes and Nigel Allen. They were previously directors for another local estate agents and have 20 and 25 years respectively in the industry. Originally based in Bagshot, the company had no high street shop frontage and used the Internet as its main tool for marketing. Through combining this marketing with traditional methods, the team proved that communication with purchasers was still the most important aspect of selling houses. During this time Orchard made a big impact and received much praise from clients about the excellent level of service being provided and the outstanding results achieved. This ethos has remained with the company as we continue to serve our clients to the best of our ability.
