We cover the postcode areas of LA1 to LA5 which includes Morecambe, Heysham, Lancaster, Bolton-le-Sands, Carnforth, Hest Bank to name but a few. For Landlords we can offer you advice on renting and managing your property or for Investment Landlords - advice on finding the right property to buy for investment purposes be it a house, apartment or flat. We can advise on the rules and regulations of the rental property market especially relating to gas and electric inspections and ensure you are kept up to date with any changes.
