The best thing you could ever say to us, is that we don't seem like typical estate agents. We also manage properties for owners that are going away for an extended period of time, including regular property visits, forwarding mail and liaising with service providers. We know that finding the right rental property can be a stressful experience, whether you are moving from your own home or another rental - the key being to minimise the time spent funding two properties whilst having certainty over the time scales.
If we manage the property on behalf of your landlord, we take the hassle out of moving, by ensuring the property is clean and in good working order, that there is a comprehensive inventory, all relevant safety certificates are in place, utility accounts are transferred and your deposit is registered with the Deposit Protection Service.
