Stockton Flats has been a family business since it started in 1973, and we now look after family houses and apartments across the North-East of England and Blackpool. We are registered with the National Approved Lettings Scheme, SafeAgent, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and the Property Ombudsman and we work closely with all regulatory agencies. So you can be confident that with Stockton Flats you will get the best service.
If you step into our office, or ring us, the first person you are likely to speak to is Margaret or Deborah, who manage our flats in central Stockton (among their other responsibilities). Always ready with a smile and keen to help, they will ensure you get the perfect property and will sort out the paperwork for you in a jiffy.
As manager for our properties in Hartlepool, County Durham, Sunderland and Gateshead, Adam is our most experienced executive, having been with us since 1984.
