Stones Coastal Homes was established in 2005 by Jean Stone after gaining experience by working as a Manager and Negotiator in both sales and lettings in the Port Solent, Gunwharf Quays, Old Portsmouth and Southsea area. Based in Port Solent she states that 80% of prospective buyers come from outside the Solent area and fall in love with the lifestyle here on the South Coast, just as she did, which prompted a permanent move from Walton-on-Thames twelve years ago. The reason for her success is ".unlike other "high street" agents I offer a more flexible approach - for vendors and landlords I give a one-to-one personal service with low commission rates and for buyers and tenants appointments seven days a week with times to suit and with local property intelligence."
Stones Coastal is a member of The Property Ombudsman in both sales and lettings, holds Professional Indemnity Insurance and complies with the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.
