We feel it is important to get to know our tenants and pride ourselves on knowing each and everyone by name. Are you fed up with living in poor quality student housing and accepting a substandard service from your landlord? Our student houses are in great locations offering easy access to Lancaster University, the University of Cumbria and Lancaster city centre. All of our student houses come fully furnished and most have double beds throughout.
Great customer service is at the very heart of everything we do and we pride ourselves on our reputation. We have our own dedicated maintenance team together with a variety of contractors so if a problem does occur it will be dealt with promptly.
