About the Business
The Letting Company is owned by Richard Gibbs who began his lettings career over twenty years ago. Richard was involved in the development of two lettings agencies before establishing The Letting Company which has continued to develop, largely through recommendation, and has become known for the quality service it provides to landlords and tenants alike. Since becoming independent The Letting Company has grown in size but remains true to its values.
Richard's son, Kevin, joined the company to further develop it as a family-run agency. We consider ourselves to be built on traditional letting standards but with the benefit of up-to-date ARLA qualifications and legal expertise. We pride ourselves on being able to offer professional advice through any member of our experienced team. Our knowledge helps landlords and tenants make correct and informed decisions - we are not called TLC without good reason.
