Our area covers Devon. We look after properties from Winkleigh through to Tiverton, Cullompton, Exeter, Crediton and beyond. Karen started in the rental market some 17 years ago and after some time bought the name and company Todd Lettings which she owns and runs with her five staff. If you are looking for a property as a tenant you can email us and we will let you know what properties we have available to suit your requirements.
If you are a landlord please contact us and we can give you advice on renting out your property and match you with suitable tenants. We can arrange for the EPC inspection to be carried out which became compulsory some time ago. We also have various plumbers, electricians, builders, carpenters, gardeners etc., on hand to assist with any works required/necessary.
