The business was started by MD Michael Howard in 2008, from his spare bedroom. Frustrated by the service of the managing agent for his apartment building provided, Michael took over the management of the 70 apartments in his building and urbanbubble was born. The rest, as they say, is history.

Our Vision at urbanbubble is: To be the greatest residential property manager across the Northern Powerhouse, making our cities a better place to live. We put this into practice by providing a service that doesn’t just manage, but cares, loves and tends to your home as you would yourself. We aim to provide a better option for residential management companies disappointed with the standard of service. Our passion for customer care and service delivery has helped us do just that for over 9000 properties providing homes for 14,000 residents across 90+ residential schemes in Manchester, Liverpool and the North-West.
