- You arrange the viewing, meet the tenant and show them around the property.
- We provide a comprehensive tenant reference, which is £75.00 and paid for by the applicant. If you don't want us to arrange a tenant reference there is a £50 opt out fee. The law in Scotland means that all landlords must opt out.
